Description: Contains tools to fit both predictive and prognostic
        biomarker effects using biomarker threshold models and
        continuous threshold models. Evaluate the treatment effect,
        biomarker effect and treatment-biomarker interaction using
        probability index measurement. Test for treatment-biomarker
        interaction using residual bootstrap method.
